Thanks for the response. I changed my name yesterday. I completed a CPE today and am still getting the old name on the CPE certificate.

The certifications you pass are credited to the account used when you log in to your ProAdvisor Membership account. Since you created a new account under a new business name, it would be best to consult our QuickBooks Accountant Care Team.
