I have sent my information from QB Self-Employed to TurboTax. When i log in to TurboTax, it keeps saying they do not have my information. Any advice? Does this normally take a while to transfer information?

Let's investigate why your tax information is not showing on your TurboTax account, benjamin-james-l.

We can go to the search bar and enter "jump to Schedule C". If the "There’s a bit more information we need to gather about your income" message pop up, just go through the interview process for your taxes to reflect in your TurboTax account.

If you don't see this message, you may need to trigger the message again.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Sign Out option in the lower right of the screen to sign-out from your TurboTax account.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in an incognito browser.
  3. Run through the export process again. This will not export a duplicate set of data.

For more details about this one, please refer to this article: My QuickBooks Self-Employed data didn't show up in TurboTax Self-Employed.

If the same thins happens, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) support. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue.

To learn more about sending your info to TurboTax if you have different login info, just check out this article: Send your info to Turbo Tax if your QuickBooks Self-Employed account is different from your Turbo T...

I've got a link where you can find articles about managing your taxes in QBSE: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/taxes/07?product=QuickBooks%20Self-Employed.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you need a hand with running tax forms or any QBSE related. I'll be here to ensure your success. Take care always.
