Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to help you access your account.

 

First, let's try rebooting your computer for a minute or two. This will refresh the system's piled-up background processes that are causing this unexpected concern. Then, let's your account on a private browser. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to log in back to your account, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use. Also, we can review your privacy settings on your browser. Let's set it to medium or lower, and allow the access to https://qbo.intuit.com. After adjusting these settings, close and reopen the browser, and access the said link.

 

If you're getting an error saying "user ID or password is incorrect," you can reset your login credentials in no time:

  1. Go to QuickBooks Online login page
  2. Click on I forgot my user ID and Password
  3. Enter your phone number, email or user ID. 2.PNG
  4. Select where you would want to send the code. 
  5. Click on Continue
  6. Enter the code. 
  7. Then, click on Continue

 

If you can't access because the email address is not correct, we can request for a change email address you use to sign in. This process may take some time due to account validation. We may also ask for documents to support your claim.

 

If the issue persists, I's recommend contacting our customer support. This way, they can do a further investigation of what's causing this behavior and provide you a solution.

Thanks for your reply.  This didn't fix the problem.  I've tried numerous times to get help via live chat and they can't even find my account. I'm very frustrated!

Since the Community space  is a public forum, I'd recommend contacting our phone support again. A specialist who have the tools to look up your account can help you access it. Just provide your full name, email address or username and the last four digits of the credit card use to pay it. Here’s how to contact our Customer Care Team:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. From the How can we help? field, enter your question.
  4. Choose Continue
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
