I can login in online QuickBooks. but when i try to resubcribe it gave me error as below.

If you haven't tried refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard, you can do it. If the same thing happens, log in to your account in a private browser. Here's how:
If you're able to resubscribe QuickBooks, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
If the error persists, we may need to update your address on QBO to match your Credit Card information. Once done, let's go back to the steps shared by my colleague above and resubscribe your QuickBooks company.

If I open a new account can I get information from old account? trying to resubscribe

Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to assist you in resubscribing to QuickBooks Online.
When you open a new account, the data from your old account will not be imported to the new one. However, you can export some data from the old one and import it to the newly created account. You can find more details through these links:
Instead of setting up a new account, you can simply reactivate the old one as long as it's not more than a year from the time you canceled it. It is because your company data will be deleted permanently after a year you canceled the account.
When you go to qbo.intuit.com and sign in, it'll automatically ask you to update your billing info. Once done, you can use the account again and it has the old data.

You can purchase a new blank QBO account

then you may resubscribe your old account and have 2 ways to migrate data:
1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Utilize the Copy feature

I think this admin has lost touch with themselves, the system is not letting me try and resubscribe. Ive done troubleshooting even your agents arent able to do it!

YES!! Exactly what is happening to me! It is VERY annoying because I have heard the best from my Mentor about QB and had a great run for the last 9mo, but now I cannot resubscribe and I accidentally made a new acc that I DO NOT WANT and I paid $25 thinking I was going to get it on my main acc. It sucks and I don’t understand why QB is doing this to us. I use it everyday and for some reason it just didn’t want to subscribe again. I am starting to hate QB
You bought a new QBO account but unable to resubscribe your existing one? Try opening your existing QBO account on any browser, including the private/incognito browser to make sure.

Once your subscription gets expired or canceled, your data will still be available for one year. However, if you re-subscribed, you'll need to use the same login credentials that you're using before.

Yes, that’s exactly right. I also did use incognito and cleared my cache it’s been about 5 days now of me coming home and trying to troubleshoot but it keeps saying there’s an error. It really is aggravating because I’m doing everything that I have seen to do and it still won’t let me subscribe to QBO it only has me on the payroll when I wanted both Payroll and QBO
