Glad to have you here in the Community, @dr-bjarnason.
In QuickBooks Online, the mileage report can be pulled up by clicking on the Download Trip button from the Trips page. This will open a report in an Excel file that shows all the trips that you've entered.
To do that, just open the trips page and press on Download Trips. Please see the screenshot attached for your reference:
You may also want to check the reports available for your version in QBO.
I've also added these articles about maintaining mileage, fixing some issues, and other topics.

Hi, @dr-bjarnason.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the mileage report that you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Thank you for your reply. I did use the "download trips" button; however, this report does not give any details or totals...just a list of trips made. I was hoping there was an actual report w/ total miles driven, total business miles, % of business miles, etc. A screen shot of the Mileage dashboard will suffice. Thanks again for your help.
Summary: not really, but we call the data you can download to produce one a "report" anyway.
I don't have the Download Trips button in my online Quickbooks. Is there another way to do this?
Hello, shannondaily.
In QuickBooks, you can also view the Download Trip under Add trip drop-down arrow. Please view the screenshot attached for your visual reference:
However, If you still unable to view the Download Trips, let's access your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to check if the missing Download Trips button has something to do with the browser you're using or your subscription. This browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.
Let me guide you how:
Next, clear the cache of your regular browser to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and a faster browsing experience. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Let me know how it goes after trying the above steps as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Take care and have a great day ahead.

Feel free to comment down below if you have any other concerns or questions about downloading your trips in QuickBooks. I'm always glad to help in any way I can.
Is there a way to run a mileage report that lists mileage for a defined date range? Like a report for the month of March?
When you go into the mileage, under Tax Year, there is an option to chose custom date. Click Custom date and then you can pick your date range. Once you have your date range chosen, you then click download trips and it will only download the trips for that date range.
You need to please add the start and end times. Thank you.

When you are in QuickBooks under the mileage feature the data displayed shows the start time and end time for your travel. When you export (Download) the data, the CSV file does not contain the time stamps, it only provides the dates. If you travel multiple times during one day having the timestamps in the export is helpful. Please consider adding the timestamps to the exported data set.
Good morning, @Diakoneo.

Is there a way to generate a report for business trips only, excluding personal mileage?
What about creating a report that only shows business mileage, not personal?
Thanks for joining this thread, @acphoto71. Let me chime in and share information on how QuickBooks generates a mileage report.
When accessing a mileage report, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads all your trips based on the period you’ve set under the Tax Year dropdown menu. Thus, creating a statement that only shows business mileage isn’t possible.
You may consider modifying the data in Excel to exclude your personal mileage. This way, you can make a straightforward business mileage report.
