I don’t see an option to “reset app data” when I click on Help

I'll help you locate the Reset App Data option from the app itself.
The Help menu that Kristine Mae is referring to is located on the app's toolbar. I'll include a screenshot to show where you can find it:
Are you also experiencing the same issue as jokamitsu? If that's the case, another thing you can do is to uninstall and reinstall the app:
