QBO Subscriber since 2014, so it's come a long way. Cancelled sub on 4/2022. Tried to reactivate under gear icon billing / subscriptions with only option to resubmit at full $80.00. Of course no X out, options to show current offers at 50% off for 3 months, so if you're not in the know or a new customer, you pay full price. This was my reason for cancelling due to broken promises, so off to the same start. I went into my intuit main login and chose QBO subscription was a downgrade to Plus at $27.50 for 3 months. I logged in with same company credentials and it refuses to do anything other than let's start a new company. Cleared cookies and same. Logged in under a different search engine and account still shows resubmit for full price. How do I get my account to acknowledge subscript despite logging in with existing company and all options to down grade have been deactivated (like inventory, classes, etc). Thanks.

Discount rates do not apply when re-subscribe to your account or upgrade/downgrade your plan.
Not exactly true. I was able to get to the page to change subscriptions and the discounts are there while signed into my QBO account. That's a solution until I realized its asking me to submit payment information. Last thing I want is to be double charged and deal with that. Thanks for the quick response.
