Let's try some browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue, Singing_Buckeyes.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses browser cache and cookies to perform to its best. However, there are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages. This will cause some unusual responses like printing blank reports.

Let's start by logging into your QBO account using a private browser. This will help us determine if the issue is browser-related.

Here are the different keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, pull up the reconciliation report again. If you're able to print the report with its complete information, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache and cookies

If the issue persists, I'd also suggest printing your reconciliation report using other supported, up-to-date browsers.

in case you want to customize your financial reports to focus on the details that matter the most for your business, you can check out this article for the complete details: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online. It also contains information on how to share it with your team via email.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.

If I use my default Firefox browser to open QBO, I can print the reconciliation reports. But when I open QBO normally from the Icon, I can't tell if there is a browser involved at all. I only see Quickbooks controls, and clearing the cache there does not work and reports still print a blank page. At least I have a workaround.
