A former employee has not left us access to our account and I need to speak with someone to help us regain the access.
Hi there, @timackinsurecom.
We have to gather enough details and review your account to transfer the access. For the security of your company and information, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team. A representative can pull up your information securely, then help you retake the access.

Let me know if you have a question about being a primary admin of the account. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
Hello: Thank you for the reply. I have filled out the form and received a case number. I was not, however, able to supply a image of the ID of my partner nor a letter giving be permission to be admin. He has, as they say, "ghosted" me.
I have sent multiple emails politely asking for access so I can file the tax return for the business and then shut it down and have received no response.
I was able to include and image of the Articles of Organization that shows me as one of the organizers. I am hoping that is enough. If not, I assume I will have to take some sort of legal action as yet to be determined.
Your former partner can access your QBO account as the Primary Admin, correct?
Can you access it as a Company Admin?
