Allow me to share some information regarding the expired subscription.
After your subscription ends, you will have access to the view-only feature for one year. This feature allows you to view reports, but you will not be able to create any new transactions. Therefore, it is recommended that you export your data before canceling your subscription.
To export your data, here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu at the top of your QuickBooks Desktop account.
- Locate and open any report.
- Choose the Excel option on the toolbar to create a new worksheet or update an existing one. You can also select Print or save the report as a PDF.

You also have the option to download the trial version of QuickBooks Desktop multiple times without the need for registration. However, it is important to note that once you register for the trial, there is a chance of being locked out.
