Suspending Account and Re-Activating

Hi, I have an account with Quickbooks online and with the payroll services. I love it because it's so simple and easy to use with no hassle. Our company recently started closing down for the season from November-March. I would like to avoid the cost while we are closed during those months, so I am interested in suspending our online account and payroll services. My question is if I temporarily cancel my account will all my information for taxes and payroll still be accessible and able to be re-activated when our business opens back up? We are still required to file monthly taxes even if it's zero tax due. I can't afford to lose any of this information.
