Chase bank connection broken

I've checked our records, Colormecadence. There is no open investigation for Chase bank.


I'll help you fix it. We'll just update the account to refresh the connection. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Go to Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all.

Once the connection is back, the transactions will be downloaded. Then, you can categorize them.


Visit the Community if you have other banking concerns. Keep safe!
