At this time, we don't have the option to apply for faster deposit speeds for bank transfers in QuickBooks Online.

 

With this, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. They have the tools needed to pull up and look up into your account. And change your deposit schedule successfully.

Let me share some information about the criteria in qualifying for the next-day deposits. The eligibility is determined by various factors, such as processing activity and history. You can upgrade to next-day deposits to get customer payments into your bank account faster.  

 

I'll show you how: 

  1. In QuickBooks account, go to Settings ⚙ and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. If you’re eligible for next-day deposits, select Upgrade in the Deposit Speed section. Remember that eligibility is determined by various factors, such as processing activity and history.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to upgrade.

Once you're ready to start getting next-day deposits, you'll get a confirmation email from us.

I've followed your advise and contacted support, they are telling me that if the option isn't already in my settings to upgrade, they can not help.  The option has to be there.  Can you please assist?

The next-day deposits depend on the qualifying criteria. As mentioned by my colleague above, it determined by several factors to be eligible for the next-day deposit. Let me guide you through the steps on how to upgrade it.

 

Since you have the option to upgrade, please follow the detailed steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
  4. If you’re eligible for next-day deposits, you'll see Upgrade.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to upgrade.
