How do I import our non-profit expenses & donations record in excel into QB and match them bank withdrawal & deposit already downloaded into QB ?

The import feature is usually used so they can be matched to existing transactions in your bank register. At the moment, we're unable to match an imported transaction to a downloaded one. Let share this article to give you more details about this: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

You'll want to use the Add function instead. This will let you add the downloaded banking transactions to your bank register. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and proceed to the For Review tab.
  2. Select or click the transaction that you want to add to your register.
  3. Add the name of the vendor or assign a category.
  4. Enter other details that are related to the transaction.
  5. Click Add or Confirm.
