I need to delete my "recurring transactions." I downgraded plans, and now it will not let me into delete them.

I cannot delete "donors" or make them "inactive" until I delete their recurring transactions. Since I downgraded, I cannot get in to delete the RT.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @1angryscotsman.

Removing some data from your books is one way to make sure you have the right information. However, only QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus and Advanced versions support recurring transactions. Being able to delete it on a downgraded plan is unavailable. To fix it, you'll have to switch back to your previous plan and delete the transactions from there. Once done, you can now downgrade your plan again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click Upgrade your plan.
  4. Choose your previous plan.
  5. Follow on-screen steps to proceed.

When done, look for the recurring transactions you need to delete.
