Normally, funds reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. However, this still varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, the financial institution you choose to deposit them in, and how long your bank takes to verify and process electronic deposits.
Credit card payments usually take 5-7 banking days to transfer to your bank account, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.
You can follow the steps below to check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Go to Settings and click Account and settings.
- Go the Payments tab.
- Review the Deposit Speed section.
Also, I'd suggest reviewing the status of your processed payments in QBO and checking for payment issues. If there's a problem with a payment, you should receive an email from Intuit with steps to resolve the issue.
If you've confirmed that we deposited the payments, but the payment is still not deposited within the given timeline, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support. They can review your account in a secure environment and investigate the reason for the delay.
