I understand the significance of being able to locate the missing transactions, Alan. Allow me to guide you and show you the transactions that you're looking for.

Here's how:
If the missing transaction is from your Bank Register, you can customize the date using the following steps:

I've got the steps to locate your missing transactions from your bank and credit card, @Alison Feigen.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can find missing transactions by filtering the date. We can follow the steps provided by my colleague IrizA to accomplish this.
If the steps provided by IrizA do not yield the desired result, you may locate bank and credit card transactions by manually downloading the latest ones available.
Here's how:
After updating, we can check the Banking menu for the missing transaction. It'll be added in the For review section.
Check out this article for more info: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you've followed the process mentioned above, but still have the same result, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to identify if this is a browser-related issue.
To get started, we have to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
Also, may I know what specific bank and credit card you connected to within QBO?
It would be helpful if you could provide me with the specifics. Doing so allows me to provide accurate resolutions and offer assistance effectively.
In the meantime, read this article to learn what to do if you encounter error messages or don't see recently downloaded bank transactions in QBO: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Unfortunately this did not help the problem. I followed the instructions provided.
I am missing ALL bank transactions (checking, savings, credit card) from mid June to Mid August.
For example: for my credit card, I am missing transactions from 6/19-8/19. The last transaction is 6/18/23 and the transactions begin again on 8/20/23... a total of 212 transactions are missing according to bank records
For my checking account, I am missing transactions from 6/17-8/21. the last transaction is 6/16/23 and the transactions begin again on 8/22/23... a total of 101 transactions are missing according to bank records.
When I log into my bank account, I see all of these transactions in my ledgers.
Thank you for replying with more details, Alison.
I understand that your QuickBooks does not download bank transactions between specific dates. This may be due to various reasons such as connectivity issues, bank account settings, or specific bank transaction download service limitations during the affected periods.
We've covered checking the filters and making sure the date is set to All dates. Now, let's proceed with contacting your bank's customer service to find out if there's was issue during the date when transactions were not downloaded to QuickBooks. If not, you'll want to contact our QBO Support, as they have additional tools to look into this issue. Please do not clear your browser's cache or cookies.
While you are looking into this issue with our QBO Support, you may want to consider uploading the transactions of the affected periods and start working on them.
Let me know if you have more concerns about your bank transactions.
i am having this same issue and am missing transactions in August 2023. Not sure yet if more are missing.
i am also missing transactions in quickbooks. so far, i have discovered missing transactions from August 2023.
Let me share some information about the possible reasons why bank transactions may go missing and show you how to find them in different areas of your accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), prsf2021.
When connecting your bank account in QBO, it won’t download pending transactions. It only downloads bank entries when they’re no longer pending and are officially posted on the bank site. Also, the program downloads the latest available transactions every day and the exact time of download will depend on your bank. We can manually update your accounts anytime to get the most recent transactions. Let me guide you on how:
Also, three areas can be checked for possible missing transactions: the For Review tab, the Categorized tab, and the Excluded tab. If you can't still find the missing checks and deposits, we can look for them in the review of the account's history. Here's how:
This gives you a complete history of the transaction. You can check out this article for other troubleshooting steps: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online. If none, we can manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks through a web connect file. To avoid entering duplicates, you need to know the date of the oldest existing transaction currently in the account:
For more insights, please see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Additionally, here's how to check the format of bank transactions in a CSV file you plan to upload into QuickBooks. For future reference, you can read these guides about categorizing your bank transactions and reconciling your accounts.

I'm also missing transactions from that time period.

Once done, check the Banking menu again. The missing transactions are most likely in the For Review section. I'll share this article for more troubleshooting options: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Looks like I am not alone here as I am also missing ALL bank transactions. Mine are missing from 6/1/23 to 9/30/23. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps from above and nothing. This is incredibly disappointing for a service we're charged monthly for. Aside from now reaching out to my bank, what else can QB do to resolve this issue satisfactorily? Perhaps a refund for each month our QB service wasn't working like it should have been.
