Thanks for reaching out to us. I got the steps you need to fix this unusual behavior in your QuickBooks Online app.
When the application is not fully functional, performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue.
First, clear the apps cache files. Doing so helps in fixing any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that:
1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
2. Select the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.
If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.

Should you be unable to load QuickBooks after following the steps, I suggest using a web browser in the meantime as a workaround.

Did the diagonal go away?
No. I now see that the green bars at the left top of the tabs is a new style QB is using. There are 3 green lines with different lengths and different shades of green.

Let me help share some information about the new update in QBO.
Yes, supposedly, the different bars with different colors in the QBO app is part of our latest update. At this time, we don't have the option to remove them.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SUPPORT? WE PAY FOR IT
I do not understand what to do....sorry, not a computer whiz but I need to use my program so I will need some more info that provided. My subscription comes with support....I get billed for it....so I expect support. In the zillion years I have been a customer, the only time I used the service is when the app messed up with installing (once or twice?)...so HELP!!!!

I have so many problems with my QuickBooks online, I don't know why?
When I update the cards and the credit card linked to QB online, all the time I have double transactions. If I delete these double transitions, I logged out and I logged in in QB, after just a few seconds, these deleted transactions show up again in my register, like nothing happened.
Right now, I can not reconcile, not only a month, because my ending balance (example December 31 2018) doesn't match with reconcile page, I have different amounts. I tried and I did a wash account, make it inactive, but again is something wrong with these QB online, because when I trying again to reconcile, month by month, I am off with -1000.00. I said Ok, maybe I am missing a transactions, I checked the bank statement , everything was there, only my 1000.00 was missing, I delete transaction and I recorded again, guess what? I was -2000.00 off in my reconcile page, and I checked again my register, I remember making one record for 1000.00, but I was so shocked because instead of one transactions of 1000, right I had 2 transactions with 1.000.00? Why?
After a while I logged in again in my QB account , and now my ending balance it change , and again I cannot reconcile my work , is like I am working for nothing, and of course I spoke with technical, support with accounting support, everybody is nice and they are trying to do the best for you, but still the same problems. And my question is again WHY nobody can fix these problems with this software?

I’d like to get this issue fix and get you back on the right track. However, it’ll require me to look into your account which I’m unable to do for security reasons. I’d suggest reaching out to our support team.
I understand you already contacted them. But, it would be best to reach out to them again as they have the tools to securely check your account. Also, they can look into the case notes of the previous agent and investigate this further.
