Has anyone else had a problem with getting their accounts updated with Bank of America? Transactions haven't downloaded in two weeks.

Has anyone else had a problem with getting their accounts updated with Bank of America? Transactions haven't downloaded in two weeks.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community forum, philip-roseman.

 

There is an on-going issue that was submitted to our banking team and they are currently investigating why Bank of America isn't downloading bank transactions.

 

You can stay updated by contacting our QuickBooks Care support team and asking our agents to add you to our notification list. We'll email you once more information becomes available.

 

To reach them, here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3. Enter "Bank of America missing transactions" in the description field.
  4. Click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.

Has anyone else had a problem with getting their accounts updated with Bank of America? Transactions haven't downloaded in two weeks.

We are now having this same issue in spite of updating manually and reconnecting with BoA. It started on July 31, and we have yet to get our transactions from BoA. 

We have no problems with any other bank connections.

At this time, there's an ongoing issue about users not being able to get their Bank of America accounts connected or updated in QuickBooks Online Banking Feed. Rest assured, the Engineering Team is working diligently to have a permanent fix to this behavior. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. By doing this, you'll get email updates on this issue and be notified of when it gets resolved. Please provide the INV-48984 to the agent as your reference. Here's how to get in touch:

 

       1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

       2. Press on the Help (?) button at the top-right of the page.

 

 

 

 

       3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

 

 

 

 

       4. Type in your question or concern in the Description Box then hit Let's Talk.

 

 

 

       

       5. Choose how you want to get contacted. There will be four different options: ChatSchedule a callGet a call, or Call an agent. Please refer to this article for Support hours.
