We're unable to do this since these software are not compatible. QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have registers and does not use a double-entry accounting system. You can only export your data to a QuickBooks Online company. However, you will need to export it to a nearer version first, like 2007 - 2010, then 2010-2013, 2013-2017, and 2017-2021. That's the path that you can take to be able to upload your data to QuickBooks Online. Please contact our Support for that. Or, look for third-party apps that can directly export your file.
If you really want to use the QuickBooks Self-Employed, I recommend starting from scratch and only consider adding your data starting this year. Seek advice from an accountant about this. You can connect your bank account to download your transactions and import the older ones that will not be included in the download.
Check out the Help articles for QuickBooks Self-Employed for your reference in the future.
Please don't hesitate to go back to this thread if you have questions when following the steps in the hyperlinked articles. I'll be more than happy to help you go again.
You are only allowed to migrate data from QBD to QBO, not QBSE.

To do that, you have to install the trial license of QBD 2011, 2015, and 2019 respectively and upgrade your company file prior to migrating to QBO. Contact us in private and we may share those trial codes. Otherwise you may purchase our migration service.
Can I import a csv file to QB online? It's the Sales by Customer Detail report from QBD2007Pro

What if I have all my transactions from PayPal in a csv file? Can I import that into QBSE?
(sorry about all the questions. I upgraded against my will. This has been a horrible event for my business)

No. You can't import any report file into QB. You can only import CoA, Lists, and Transactions.

Utilize CSV2QBO converter app to do so.

Is that free? I already bought way too much software I don't want or need.

Utilize the trial version of it.
