When an account is canceled days before its scheduled renewal, it will remain active. On the day that it's completely canceled, the system will route you directly to the Billing & Subscription and the Resubscribe button once you logged in.

I've resubscribed twice now, both times it was cancelled immediately. Seems like a system bug, and I need it fixed now!
