Quickbooks Online for Mac, I can only see 5 accounts in Banking. I have double that, but have no way to either connect the new accounts to the bank for updating, or work with them other than in the register. Is this normal? If so, it sucks!
Hello @ChazMacs,
Ideally, you can connect as many accounts as you'd like in QuickBooks Online banking. Since you're having trouble doing so, let's clear your app's cache as the start of our troubleshooting.
To do so, simply go to the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online desktop app and select Reset App Data. But if still, it doesn't allow you to connect your bank or credit card, you can consider using one of our supported browsers instead.

Additionally, you can also browse for the content of this helpful article so you can easily categorize your bank transactions: Learn how to review bank and credit card transactions after you download them.

I just attempted your suggestion, clicking on Reset App Data. There is no change. At the bottom of the 5 accounts is a link to reorder accounts, which allows me to reorder them, but still, only the top 5 are shown. I can only work with the accounts in the Register. I also have a new Apple Card account and see no way to link it so that it can be updated. This is a big problem for me, and I used to be able to see ALL my accounts before the last app update. Please fix this! and please don't make it part of a more expensive subscription!!
After using your solution, there was no change. Safari 14 on Mac shows only the first 5 accounts as well. Chrome Version 87.0.4280.66 shows only the first 5 accounts. Firefox 83.0 same result.
I would like to see a solution to this. It worked in the previous version of the app. Intuit changed something and it seriously affects the way I work. Do I need to look for alternate solutions?
Allow me to clarify things out for you, ChazMacs.
I appreciate you performing a solution by logging in to your account on different browsers.
Seeing 5 bank accounts on your Banking page is the new update. You can click Reorder accounts if you need to work with other financial institutions. I've attached a screenshot below for your visual guide.
