That's what I did to report this issue to you in the first place. My choices to connect with you are: ask the community, call during specific hours with no phone number listed, or request a call back with a sign next to it that says "we're closed." If I post it again, aren't I just going in circles?

This problem has not yet been solved. History is gone except for a few transactions back to December 2019. Mileage history gone, tax history gone, etc. I sent a copy of my email in to [email address removed] and received the standard reply/no reply. A copy of the email I received to update my Chase bank connections is attached. As soon as I did that, all of my history disappeared. What can I do to get it back?
