I'm more than happy to lend a hand with verifying your bank account, @userbill.
When you start using the Cash account in QuickBooks, you go through a process of verifying your bank account. Once you've started the connection, QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next 3 days. After you get the confirmation email, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions.
Here's how:
You can check out the article about using your QuickBooks Cash account for more details.

Please let me know should you have any questions or concerns about this process. I'll be here every step of the way. You can reach out to the Community at any time. Have a great day!
Thank you (not) for the usual canned, unhelpful response. I often wonder why I bother posting here, it seems the answers come from administrative "bots" because they rarely address the problem and ignore the information that has been provided. Is this really what Intuit/QBO wants to have their users experience, with so many new alternatives?
As I said, I have received no verification from QB/Intuit as to the deposits so that I can confirm. No email, nothing in the QBO pages.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, @userbill.
I’m here to make sure to resolve this problem. Let me share some insights about the deposits not still showing on your Cash Flow bank account.
First, you'll need to wait for the test deposits to clear from your bank. If there are still no test transactions after updating the bank, I suggest to contact our Payments Support Team.
Here's how:
Also, you can check on how to set up your QuickBooks Cash account.
I'll be around if you have other questions about the login issue about QuickBooks Cash Flow. Have a great day and stay safe!
This has to be the worst product I have ever used. I am running through the same issues.
I am having the same issue. The test deposits showed up in my bank account. There is no way to verify. There is no "Verify Bank" link or button and I have not received any email. I now have money in this stupid fake account and no way to transfer it to my real bank.
