Hi, I'm sorry if I'm not understanding. - So if the check deposit link isn't available, then I'm unable to deposit paper checks at all? There is no alternative? I am using a QuickBooks Green Dot checking account as the sole bank account for my business. Depositing paper checks is a standard action. How can this not be available?
I'm chiming in to share information about this, @PixelAdvanceWeb.

Is there any update on Mobile Deposit availability? This seems to be a very basic need for any business "checking" account as many customers still use this method of payment. Without the ability to deposit a check at a physical location, mobile deposit is absolutely necessary, and without mobile deposit, keeping Quickbooks Checking makes a lot less sense. So far, no adequate answer has been provided.
Not yet. I've gotten around it by reaching out to the client and asking their permission to process the check as an ACH payment through "Receive payments" on my side of the invoice. It does take longer to process, but at least it works. - An unnecessary step for modern times. We should really have mobile deposit capabilities on a bank account that's been offered to us for business purposes.
This should be unacceptable to Intuit. I'm sure they do not have 100% of their clients on iOS devices. This feature should be available for iOS and Andriod now. It's a basic need for any business to be able to deposit and send checks.
I have QB and QB checking, but doesn't seem I have the mobile checking option and I need to deposit a paper check. How do I go about getting mobile checking activated?
I’ve got you covered, @Jeff O.
