Let me provide some information about the QuickBooks Payments processing time.

 

The first deposit for the customers’ who are new to the service, takes longer  (within 5 business days) since we’re setting up the merchant account.  However, the funding time varies depending on the payment method your customer uses. Credit card payments are posted in your account 2-3 business days, while a bank transfer can take up to 5 business days.

 

If the payment deposit is taking longer than usual, you'll need to contact our Merchant Services Team so they can verify the status of the payment.
