How long will this continue? You've guys have been trying to fix it for over a year now. Why not just let your customers know upfront that PNC accounts may have issues and you may have to manually import your transactions which is time consuming and frustrating. I was told if I paid $450 they would fix it. I paid $450 for additional customer support and the issue is still not resolved. This is ridiculous.
We changed banks... thinking that maybe our old bank was the problem.
Now, we're with PNC. It certainly appears that QUICKBOOKS is the problem, not the banks. It's time to change accounting software.
Yes, seeing the same problem. Using the manual method but cannot keep this up. I am moving $$$ to another bank that is connected. Just cannot get PNC to connect. I have been down for about 2 weeks and cannot wait longer.
The investigation about the PNC bank not updating has been resolved, pblanken20.
I checked our system and our engineers have fixed the issue and you'll be able to download your bank transactions as expected. We can try manually updating the bank. Then, log out and log back in to refresh the software.
Here's how to manually update:
The update may take a bit longer. No worries, we'll notify once it has fully updated while you're working with other sections in QuickBooks. Once updated log out and log back in. Then, go to the Banking page and use the Filter icon in the For Review tab to set the date range of the transactions that you need.
If you're still experiencing the same thing, I'd recommend getting in touch with us so we can raise this issue again to our engineers. That way, we'll get in touch with your bank and sort things out with them. Check out this article to get the available hours and types of our support team.
