Within the QB Desktop Pro 2020 - Bank Feeds Setup process, only one of my two Chase Bank business accounts are appearing for me to align with my chart of accounts. Has anyone seen this before?
Good day, pawolf.
Let me assist you in linking your Chase Bank business accounts.
QuickBooks Desktop does not support multiple Customer ID/User name with the same financial institution. If you have multiple logins for Chase Bank, you'll only be able to add one per company file.
As a workaround, you'll want to use the Web Connect feature. This is the manual way of bringing in the transactions to QuickBooks Desktop.
You'll want to check this link for more details: Get started with Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Desktop.
I'll be here if you need anything else. Stay safe!
Thank you for the reply, however, that does not solved my issue. I have been using QuickBooks for the last 6 years along with the bank feeds function to download my Chase banking transactions. After a recent update, my Bank Feeds stopped working working. When I went into that option wihtin QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020 to re-establish my links between my Chase accounts and my QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, I noticed that not all of my Chase accounts were appearing. These are active Chase accounts that were syncing fine within Bank Feeds prior to the QuickBooks update. Something got reset and I am not sure how to fix it.
I'm here to make sure you're able to view your transactions in the Banking Feeds center, @pawolf.
It's possible that there's an issue with your company. This can be the reason why you're unable to see all of your bank transactions. To fix this, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:
First, perform a manual update in your Bank Feed center. This will automatically download all your transactions to your Chase account.
If you're still unable to view all of your transactions, make sure you're QuickBooks Desktop is updated to its latest release. You can also check if you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer.
Once your transactions show in the Bank Feed center you can now review them.

The issue I am having is not related to the transactions. This is because my real issues is that I can't establish my Chase Accounts with my QUickBooks Chart of Acccounts. If you are in the Bank Feeds Setup process, Step #39link you Accounts) does not show all of my Chase Accounts. Prior to a recent QUickBooks Desktop Pro 2020 update (mid November 2020), I was able to see all of my accounts. After that update, some of them disappeared from the view in Step #3(Link Your Accounts). Any thoughts on how I fix this?
Thanks for being detailed about your concern, pawolf.
I appreciate all your efforts in trying to connect the other Chase account. Let’s update the financial directory in QuickBooks to get the latest information from your financial institution.
Before performing the troubleshooting, make sure you’re able to accomplish the following tasks.
When you’re ready, let’s go ahead and refresh the FiDir (Financial Institutions Directory). You can either perform the Automatic or Manual Update.
Here's how:
Here’s an article that contains additional information about the process: Update the Financial Institutions Directory in QuickBooks Desktop.
Once done, you can start setting up the bank feeds for your Chase account. For future reference, the following guide contains solutions on how to fix online banking issues: Fix OL and OLSU Bank Feeds errors.

I have just the solution you'll need to fix the error you've got, @pawolf.
Before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps, I suggest creating first a backup copy of your company file.
To start, let's create a test file. This is to determine if the error is caused by a problem with your bank or in QuickBooks:
If you get the same error, this sometimes means that there’s a problem with the connection from your bank. To fix this, log in to your bank account on a browser, and from there, check if you have any bank security notification. If none, you'll need to contact your bank immediately and ask for a representative familiar with QuickBooks Online Banking.
If you don't experience the same thing, let's reset the connection of your bank:
If you still get the same error, you'll have to reset all online banking connections including those inactive accounts:
If the issue persists, proceed to Steps 4 and 5 of this article: Get help with error OL 301 or 393.

your recommendation did not work. I ended up fixing the issue myself without your feedback. here is what I did;
1) deactivated all nline services for ach applicable account within my Chart of Accounts.
2) went into Bank Feeds and re-established from the beginning all Bank Feed Connections.
Please feel free to close out this issue. Perhaps you can use the above resolution when clients are seeing only a portion of their bank accounts within the Bank Feeds Setup process.
