The ways of communicating you are talking about only work during business hours - Mon-Fri. Quickbooks doesn't have a way to email them. I tried calling them last week and never was able to talk to a human. Quickbooks did not send 2 deposits to my account. They took out 1 amount, .37 cents and stated they would put it back after I verified. Rest assured the funds will be deposited into your bank account within 7 business days from the debit date. If you still don't receive the amount, I would suggest getting back to our Support Team for follow-ups about this matter. A live representative can look into your account securely and process the refund for you.
