Join nowWe started getting the same message last week. Every time I go into send an invoice. It then shuts down and I have to re-open to send the invoice. I hope you get it fixed soon.
The desktop that started showing this issue has 16GB of ram. It must be a memory addressing issue if you can get it to stop by adding new RAM to the system.

I'm running QuickBooks Premier 2021.
I have 32gb of ram with no other programs running. So i dont think it's a ram issue for me.
I've reinstalled Office/Outlook/QB.
Tried to send invoices using the sample company file.
Tried the QB fix tool.
Nothing has solved the issue yet.
I've got the company sending via Webmail for now, but it is a poor alternative to our process prior to this bug.
Hopefully there's a solution/fix/patch soon. (Thanks QB Dev Team.)
I'm in the same boat. Direct Deposit paystubs won't email out!! Clients are NOT happy. This is a real pain in the tush. I hope Intuit has their #1 programmer working on this! I wonder if they got the same tech working on this that figured out the issue we had in January on the VA VEC-FC-20 filings!

I do not understand why the annual charge has anything to do with the code I am getting on my quick books?
I was asking that because we are paying for something that is not functioning and no one has an answer.
I have also been dealing with this issue for the last week. Have called intuit twice and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointed in the level of technical and customer support. Especially when they now charge an arm and a leg for the program.

I am having to print my forms pdf and send the email directly from outlook and attach the form (invoice or estimate)
When you have 30 to send it is not easy.
I hear you. I'm in the same boat. It crashes, then I have to restart the entire program and can get exactly 1 invoice out before it crashes again. Good times

My invoices go through business gmail not outlook.
I even went through and reinstalled quickbooks. It didn't make any difference. I'm still getting the out of memory error with evey other email I send.
I already have 16 GB of RAM and I'm still getting the error. 6 crashes just today...
Has any progress been made on this over the last week? For the cost of the software, a bug like this is not acceptable.

Completely Agreed. We are paying for program they should be working a little faster since it seems more of the users are having the same issue. A week and counting is a little long for a fix to this issue.
This is not just an Outlook error, it occurs through business gmail as well with Chrome as the Browser. Have spent at least 12 hours trying to find a fix. Unacceptable

Based on our initial investigation (INV-99923), this usually impacts users on the pre-release Office 365 version 2402 build 17328.20068.
We recommend consulting your IT professional to switch your Office 365 from the Current Channel (preview) to the Current Channel, which receives only fully tested public releases.
