At the moment, we received similar cases about Outlook concerns. With that in mind, I agree with my colleague's suggestion in this thread to contact our support. They can add you to the lists of affected users. Once updates are available, you will receive a notification through email.

I am using gmail.  I just chatted with someone who swore there was no problem.  We sent 5 invoices just to get the error message, which then crashed QB.  The chat person said I closed it.  I did not, it crashed and closed.  She then wanted me to keep sending invoices until the error message came again.  I cannot spend hours doing something when there is a known issue.  This is ridiculous.  The problem is not just outlook.

Since talking to someone either chat or on phone appears to be useless, I am going to submit a bug report every day.

And if one more person asks me how many employees I have when I am trying to get a problem fixed, so help me God..... 

Yeah, just figured that one out today. It does work but the email body looks very generic and unprofessional sending them that way. So much so that I think many of our customers would think it was spam. SO, big sigh, we went back to sending through web mail option through gmail and dealing with the constant crashes. Crazy amount of time wasted on this issue. Really cannot believe how long the fix is taking. Must be nice to have a business that is doing so well, it doesn't have to prioritize the customer base. 

REST ASSURED, NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW. SAME ISSUE WITH BUSINESS GMAIL. COME ON, THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I have the same problem here. The problem started approx. 2 weeks ago.  I used to be able to get 3 invoices emailed before it crashed.  Now it's just one.  I keep sending the report but clearly QB isn't working on a fix for this.  Seems like there are a lot of unhappy customers.  I'm especially frustrated as QB changed the subscription structure so I had to upgrade JUST TO BE ABLE TO EMAIL INVOICES TO MY CLIENTS.  Now they're sending messages that they are not even selling this product to new customers which is concerning.  My feeling is that they are trying to up the subscription cost to force everyone onto an online annual plan $$$$.  Are they even working on a fix for this issue?  What exactly are we paying for?

Now they're sending messages that they are not even selling this product to new customers which is concerning.

You can still purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro Plus/Premier Plus/Mac Plus.

I send out 200 invoices at the end of the month and saving to PDF is not an option. I spent a great deal of money on Quickbooks 2024 and this issue should be resolved urgently. 

You can purchase Quckbooks 2024 in the USA but it still does not solve the issue of out of memory - I know as I just tried this week. I think they want us all to use their online service which is not as good so they cannot be bothered to fix his issue. 

I was helping a client of mine as I am an It help desk tech and they were having this issue, I tried running the program as an admin by right clicking on the software and it was able to bring me to a screen that says to setup an email and then once you put in your email it wont open in outlook or gmail but will open in a separate quickbooks window and you are able to send it out that way I believe, I wasn't able to fully test out this solution as it was only one of my clients but I would try this is it is possible and see if anything changes.

I'm bumping this conversation about getting the qbmapi64 out of memory error on Windows 11 because the issue is still ongoing for many users. Do you have an update? Is there an ETA for when this issue will be resolved? Can you bump this conversation up to your manager so he/she can add a member of the DEV TEAM to it? 

After reading through some of the comments on this thread, we (the users) and subscribers are being left in the wind, which is not fair or acceptable to any business communication standard. I want to think our feedback and issues are equally (if not more) valuable to INTUIT as our annual subscriptions. 

I look forward to your response and, more so, a patch update for the "qbmapi64" out-of-memory error so we can all start sending .pdf via email.

The investigation status on this matter is already closed and resolved. Please know that the error you're experiencing is limited to a pre-release version of Office 365. This version is not yet available to the general public and is typically only accessible to Microsoft Insiders. 

Microsoft has released an updated version, and I recommend installing this update to address the error. I'll show you how:

1. Click on File, then choose Office Account.
2. Select Update Options, then Update Now.  

It would also be best to seek the assistance of an IT professional to switch from the Office 365 update Current Channel (preview) to the Current Channel, which only receives fully tested public releases. 2. Go to the Help menu at the top.
3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
4. Type Contact Us in the search box. Then, click on Contact Us at the bottom.
5. Select the way you wish to connect with support.

How do my customers pay online if they are only receiving a PDF?  This is not an acceptable solution!

We see how essential it is for your customers to pay online in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @AmberB1. Let me help you regarding this.

You need to set up QuickBooks Payments to enable your customers to make online payments. If you don't have an account, you can sign up and link it to your QuickBooks Desktop software. Once connected, your customers will have the option to pay you online. Let me help you on how to link your payment account in your QBDT.

1. In your QuickBooks, click the Customers menu.
2. Choose Link Payment Service to Company File and fill in some information then select OK once being prompted a message about credit card protection.
3. Use the user ID and password you utilize when signing up for QuickBooks Payments.
4. After that, hit Sign In.
5. Click Connect. You can choose Transfer and Yes, transfer if transferring payments account into another company file.

Once done, you can follow steps 2 to 3 in this article to finish setting up your payment account in QBDT: Connect your QuickBooks Payments account to QuickBooks Desktop.

No kidding, I know how to accept payments, but if I cant sent them a linked invoice because I keep getting the same stupid memory error, they cant pay the bill online.  That is a feature that I pay for and use daily!

We appreciate your patience while our engineers have been working with Microsoft to resolve the issue of sending emails from QuickBooks using Outlook. To fix this, you'll need to update your Office 365, and you'll now be able to send invoices using Outlook in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you use Gmail, you'll need to update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release and use enhanced security. You'll then be prompted to authorize QBDT to use Gmail when you send a transaction report.

You may encounter an error preventing you from sending emails due to network connectivity when sending a transaction or report if you're using an outdated version of QuickBooks Desktop. With this, you'll want to update your QBDT to the latest release. 

Then, authorize QBDT to use Gmail. Once you've configured it to use enhanced security, you'll be prompted to authorize QBDT when you send a transaction or report. Here's how:

1. From any open transaction or report in QuickBooks, select Email.
2. Click end, then to log in with your Intuit credentials.
3. Select Continue in the Webmail Authorization window that opens.
4. Hit Allow.
