Yes, you can! Let me walk you through reprinting Vendors 1099 form in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
1. On your QBO account, go to the Expenses menu at the left panel, then Vendors.
2. Click Prepare 1099s, then select Continue your 1099s. You are prompted to review your form.
3. Choose Finish preparing 1099s, then pick I'll file myself or Print and mail.
4. Select Print sample on blank paper to see a preview of your form to be printed, then click Print at the bottom.

This process only printed a sample. I need to reprint the actual 1099 forms that were supposedly sent from Intuit. None of our vendors or employees received their 1099s or W2s.
Hi heatherv,
After you've submitted the 1099's or W2's forms electronically, you'll be able to view and generate a copy in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
You can follow the steps mentioned by @FritzF, so you can print a copy of your 1099's. On the other hand, for W-2 forms, we include the W-3 information in the electronic file.
To generate a copy of W-3:
You can also access archived or previously filed forms by logging into your 1099 E-File Service account.

I cannot print my 1099s with these directions. Any other tips? Thanks.
We'd want to make sure that you're able to print your 1099s, JillP34.
Can you tell us what happens every time you print the forms? If you want to print a copy of an e-filed 1099, you can access your 1099 E-File Service account. Then, download the form and print it from there.
Please open this article and proceed to the Can I access archived/previously filed forms section: 1099 E-File Service FAQs.
If you didn't e-file the form, follow the exact same steps given in the first reply. You can also follow these troubleshooting if you the 1099 page isn't loading up or if the Print button is not responding:

I'm I going to have to pay the $58.99 to print them up even though I filed them already?
Hello, @hoganpi.
If you're done filing your forms online, then there's no need for you to pay an amount to print the form and mail it. To learn more about printing and mailing as well as preparing and filing 1099 using QuickBooks Online, check out these articles:

At the last step click on:
"View selected 1099 contractors"
Select only one contractor at a time to get an actual copy.
I am having this same issue. As I electronically filed 1099's, the only option is to "view" the 1099, but as a previous commenter said it only gives you a sample and not the actual 1099.
I also logged into the E-file section, and it says there are NO 1099's with my credentials so I cannot reprint from there.
Not sure why this has to be so hard, but HOW do I get my contractor a copy of his 1099 without paying $58.99 to reprint it?
Thanks for following this thread, @RobinSmugala. I want to ensure you're able to reprint the 1099's for your contractor.
To give you additional insights, if you've e-filed it through QuickBooks Online, it will be archived and can be accessed by logging to the 1099 E-File Service account. Here's how:
However, if you've e-filed directly to the IRS through EFTPS, I'd suggest you run a report that lists all of your 1099 vendors in QuickBooks. Here's how:
You can also follow the steps to create a report of all the payments you made this year to your 1099 vendors through this link: Create a report of payment to vendors that need to go on a 1099.
Once done, manually enter the information in the form by downloading the 1099 printable forms 2019 to avoid the mail and print fee of $58.99.

I have e-filed through QB, this is my first year e-filing. From what I read my contractors will receive a printed copy of their 1099. Is this correct?
Welcome aboard, @ccornett!
Thanks for following the thread. I'm happy to provide some insight into e-filing your 1099s with QuickBooks Online.
To confirm your question, yes, you're correct. When you're a QuickBooks Online customer, we'll automatically send digital and paper copies to your contractors.

Thank you! This worked for me!
This USE to work; it DOESN'T anymore ... here it is in 2021 and I need to reprint 1099's for 2019 and QBO refuses to give me a simple option to do so. I am so frustrated !!!
I hear your sentiments, @Kate61.
Making sure you can perform your QuickBooks Online (QBO) tasks is our priority. To further help you with this, you can go to your 1099 E-File Service account to print a copy of the 1099 form. Let me guide you on how:
You can also follow Step 2 of this article to reprint your 1099 forms from 2019: How do I print my 1099 forms?
However, if the outlined steps still don't work for you, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll support team. They can look at your account to check your setup. This is also to determine the root cause of what is preventing your reprint of the form.
Also, QuickBooks makes it easy to view your employee data and monitor your business finances. To get started, you can open any payroll reports you need. To give you a list of those reports and an overview of what data they show, please head to the Run payroll reports article.
Feel free to post here anytime you have concerns about reprinting your 1099 forms in QuickBooks. I will be happy to assist you. Have a good one.
I need to print on a blank piece of paper a single 1099-NEC.
I've done it with another client and now I need to do it again and I can't find it.
Using the 1099 Wizard only allows me to print on the pre-printed form.
Thanks,
Christopher

Nice to see you here in the Community! I will be delighted to shed some light. My colleague, MichelleBh above, shared steps to access those reports and print them. Here are the steps she advised:
