Can I make changes to a payroll already sent?

I'll share with you the two options on how you can make any changes to a payroll already sent, @jessica41. 

The off load time for direct deposit (DD) processing happens at exactly 5 pm Pacific time, two banking days before the paycheck date. If the payroll is sent before the off load schedule, you can void it. There are three statuses for DD payroll, and these are Sent to Intuit, Sent to Bank, and Payroll processed. I'd suggest checking its status before performing the steps below. 

1. Go to Employees from the top menu. 
2. Select Edit/Void Paychecks.
3. Set the dates in the Show paycheck dates from and through drop-down.
4. Choose the paycheck and click Void.
5. Enter Yes in the pop-up box and click Void. 
6. Mark the checkbox that you agree to the terms and conditions of voiding the paychecks.
7. Repeat the previous steps to include all checks that need to be voided.
8. Close the Edit/Void Paycheck window once the checks have been voided. 
9. Go back to Employees from the top menu and choose Send payroll Data. 
10. Hit Send.

Once done, you can recreate paychecks with the correct information. Then, send the payroll to Intuit. 

However, if the payroll is sent after the off load schedule, there isn't a way to cancel it. With this, I recommend applying the corrections to your next payroll. 

You can always run and customize any payroll reports to help you easily manage your employee expenses. This also ensures your payroll details are accurate. Just go to Reports from the top menu.
