Can I use the Weekly Timesheet, specifically Pay Types, in Online Advanced without the payroll subscription?

We use a third party payroll provider, but also bill customers for hours worked on projects. I need to distinguish billable time vs. non billable time. Specifically, are there any fields in the weekly timesheet that I see now with Payroll Core that would disappear without it?

Thank you for providing such a detailed description of your concern, LM62. Let me shed some light on the availability of time entries and pay types features after your account cancellation.

 

After canceling your payroll service, you will continue to enjoy access to the time entries feature including Weekly Timesheet and Single Time Activity. However, please note that the Pay types functionality is exclusive to the QuickBooks Payroll service and will no longer be available.

 

Moreover, you'll retain access to your payroll data for up to one year following the cancellation of your subscription. In line with this situation, you'll want to ensure to export and save copies of your reports.
