I processed two direct deposit payrolls yesterday and never received a direct deposit confirmation email. What is going on? I always either received the email right away or at least in a few minutes after submitting the payroll. Anyone else having issues?
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, johnfteel.
Since you're not seeing emails from Intuit, I'd initially recommend checking your spam and junk folders to see if it was routed to one of those locations.
If you're not finding it, you may need to unblock or add the following service-related email addresses as "safe senders" in your email account:
You can add these emails to your address book, allow list, contact list, and/or safe sender list. Detailed steps for doing so can usually be found on the email provider's website.
Another thing you can try when troubleshooting missing Intuit emails is searching for our "do_not_reply@intuit.com" email address in each of your folders, including spam and junk areas. If you locate the direct deposit confirmation email, right-click it, then select This is not spam or Not junk.
Also keep in mind that some domains may block communications from our website on their servers. If you suspect this to be the case, the following steps may resolve it:
You'll also want to be aware that if you're using a corporate email account, you may need to work with your IT department or administrator to complete the troubleshooting process.
I've also included a detailed resource about receiving Intuit emails which may come in handy moving forward: Receive important email messages from Intuit
If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful day!

I am having the same issue with a payroll I submitted yesterday and another one today. No confirmation email - have been getting them for years so not an issue with the emails being blocked.
Hello, beewil. I understand the importance of receiving the verification email to ensure the direct deposit is successfully submitted.
Email verification is crucial to successfully submitting your direct deposit (DD) payroll. The verification email could have been filtered to your spam folder if you haven't received it. Spam filters are designed to identify and block suspicious emails, but they are imperfect and can sometimes filter out essential emails. Therefore, checking your spam folder regularly is always good practice to ensure no important emails have been missed.
However, If you have checked your spam folder and still can't find the verification email from Intuit, there could be various reasons. It could be a technical glitch, an issue with your email provider, or even an incorrect email address. In such cases, I recommend contacting our customer support team. Our experts can help you troubleshoot the issue and ensure you receive the verification email immediately. Contact our support team by phone or chat; we will gladly assist you.

I just searched this myself because I'm not getting a confirmation either. Only 40 minutes left for a PR this Friday and they are NOT in Spam or Junk.

I am having the same issue, since yesterday.
Domains are not blocked. Its not in spam. No filters.
Let me know when fixed please.
I am having the same issue. The Workforce payroll email from Intuit also didn't come through for employees. I contacted customer service (per above directions) and they said they resent the direct deposit email, but still nothing is coming through from intuit. Hopefully they figure out what the issue is and it doesn't affect the actual payroll processing.

Our entire office are not receiving the email confirmations regarding when we send a payroll tax payment. They are not going to junk email either. We have been fine for years and now no emails. I wonder if Intuit is having issues with there system.
There aren't any reported issues with sending email confirmations for payroll tax payments, Vandersonea. One possible cause could be an outdated address associated with Intuit. Let's review this information to get the data you need accordingly.
You can learn more about receiving notifications from QBDT by chekcing out this article: Update the email address you use for QuickBooks Desktop.
Also, you may want to verify the status of the payroll tax forms and payments you submitted electronically through QuickBooks to the IRS or state agencies. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please refer to this article: Payroll tax payments or filings sent through QuickBooks Payroll.

I'm having the same problem. No Direct Deposit confirmation emails, no tax payment confirmations and no confirmation when updating an employee's Direct Deposit account. Emails are NOT going to spam or junk. I've already checked that. This is the 2nd week in a row for us.
Please help!
Just finished my second round of chats on this issue and they realize there is an issue on their end.
"Upon investigating, it appears that there's a delay on the Direct Deposit email notification. This has been happening as well to some of our customer when they are sending their DD."
I told them to update this thread too. So hopefully we will all know once it is resolved.

We are having the same problem as well. The last confirmations that worked for us were in the morning on November 29th. We've done lots of e-Payments since then and haven't received a single confirmation email. So for now we're checking the Audit Trails and making sure each payment has been accepted, and they have. Would be great if QuickBooks solved this problem without all of us having to contact them.
That is what our firm is doing as well. We go back into QuickBooks and check to see that the payroll tax deposits are accepted as well as logging onto EFTPS and EDD websites. I hope Intuit can get this fixed as it additional time. Not sure what happened on their end but out last payroll tax deposits confirmation was also 11/29/2023.
Nothing has changed on our end and I see from the thread that our firm is not the only one having issues with the payroll tax deposits. It is on your end.
I also didn't get payroll confirmation processed on December 1st about 4:00 p.m. I also did not get the tax acceptance verification.
I have checked my spam, my deleted and my junk files.
This has been going on for over a week now with no notification to us as users, which is a huge failing on the part of Intuit. I just called again only to be told, they knew about it and they are working on it and "hopefully" it will be fixed in a week. However, it did not slow them down from deducting the huge fees that they charge from my account although they are not providing the services as provided nor notifying anyone of the issues. Even my IT company checked for systemwide issues from Intuit and nothing has been posted. Anyone have any update that is different?
I see all the challenges and efforts exerted to fix these issues, Diane and Shannon.

I have called twice and they simply said "wait a week and see if it gets fixed" I told them how important it is for the audit trail to have this information and that we pay for these services but customer service says "there is nothing we can do."
How is that for frustrating?
I agree with you Shannon. This is a very frustrating issue and we pay for the service so we should get the service. I am also not happy with Intuit putting it back on us to investigate and try their fixes. They obviously are not working or this thread would not be continuing.
