I'll share with you another workaround to access your workforce account.
Since you're unable to log in after resetting your password, let's use another email address instead. It's could be that there's an issue with the current email address you're using. This is why you're getting an error message The email you entered belongs to an admin account.
First, ask your employer to update your email address from their QuickBooks Desktop account. Let them send you another invite using your updated email.
Once you accept the invitation, set up your workforce account. Then, ask your employer to reach out to our Payroll Support Team. This way, they can transfer your old realm ID (previous workforce account) to the new one.
