Everytime I try to update my "critical tax information" in quickbooks payroll, the information reverts and will not save. How do I update this information?

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team since you're still unable to update the tax information . They can help turn off the E-File & Pay features for you to make sure your tax information is done right.
Here's how to contact them:
Open your QuickBooks Account.
At the top right, click the Help icon.
Click Contact Us.
Under What can we help you with?, enter update my critical tax information.
Click Let's Talk.
You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
