I'd be happy to share where to find and print your W-2 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you have the Enhanced version of QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to Taxes > Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section. select the Annul Forms link if you haven't filed the form or click the View and Print Archived Forms if it was archived or filed electronically.
3. Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2 from the second drop-down menu.
4. Click the W-2 form you want to print or download.
5. Click the View button and this will open the PDF on a new window.
6. Select the Download or Print icon.
For QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite, here's how to access the form:
1. Go to Taxes > Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. View your tax forms under Upcoming Filings or select Archived forms and filings. If available, click Preview to view forms not yet filed.
You can read this link for reference: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.
I've also included an article that will guide you in printing your 1099s: How do I print my Form 1099-MISC/NEC?
Just drop a comment below if you need more help in handling your tax forms and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Hi, @myporter2.
Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about printing the 2020 W2 you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
