Thanks for your response. I am in QB right now and under the Help tab only have the options of 1) Ask the Community (which is what this request/cry for help is) and 2) Send a Message (which has me fill in my contact info but then spins around for a while before telling me to refresh/start again).

Spinning and refreshing of the page usually happens if there are too much cache. Cache helps the browser's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any-cache related concerns:

Thanks for this. I did send in the documents they requested but they denied my request. They think I haven’t sent in documents to show “ownership” of my organization, but my organization is a non-profit so it doesn’t have owners. I sent in a letter from my President (plus a copy of her ID) and this still wasn’t enough.
If you still hold one Company Admin credential, you may resolve it. You can purchase a new QBO account from Techsoup or directly to the site

then consider these options as workaround:
1. Utilize a 3rd party tool to duplicate data

2. Purchase a 3rd party service to duplicate it.
