Since you're switching from a previous payroll version to Enhanced, you will need to activate this by entering the service key.
Here's how:
- Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll.
- Select Enter Service Key.
- If you have an existing payroll subscription, you are prompted to specify if you want to add this file to your payroll subscription. Select Skip to go to the Service Key window, or Add File to add this file to an existing Payroll subscription.
- Select Add.
- Enter the service key, and select Next. A confirmation message appears.
- Select Finish.
Next, the system will automatically download the latest tax table and verify your payroll subscription.
However, if you're unable to activate the Payroll using the service key, it'd be best to contact our Payroll Support so they can access your account and upgrade the subscription using their tools.
