How to correct processed payroll with the wrong bank account number

You'll have to contact our Payroll Care Team so someone can help you correct the direct deposit payroll of your employees. With their tools, someone can help you trace the money and locate where it is posted.

1. Go to Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Trace a direct deposit payroll in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Let's talk.
5. Select Get a callback, Chat, or Call us.
