Have done all of these steps several times with no luck -
Looks like the problem is that my current Quick Books payroll does not see my old e-File setup from the 2017 Quick Books.
I'm looking for a way to update current Quick Books 2020 with old e-File information from Quick Books 2017.
If not then maybe I have to go through the whole e-File setup again and get a new IRS PIN??
Thanks for going through the steps above, @don38.
Since the issue persists after performing the steps above, I suggest contacting our Support Team. From there, they can securely check your account and perform extra troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
