I pay for Assisted payroll and have now received a letter from the IRS regarding my Tax Period 9/30/19, Form 941. Why! Looks as those you called them back on 12/23/19?

Hello there, @seh0122.

We need help from our Assisted Payroll Support Team to validate the notice regarding your Form 941 for the 9/30/19 tax period. They can pull up your account in a secure environment to assist you in researching this matter and get this straightened out.

You can contact us through messaging or request for a callback. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. In the Have a Question window, click Contact us at the bottom portion of the screen.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. We'll provide you a few support options. Select which one is best for you.

For more information, I've attached an article you can use to for some FAQs about filed tax forms: QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted Filed Payroll Tax Forms.

Please know that I'm only a post away if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.

Thanks for getting back to us, @seh0122.

As much as I would love to give you a call, I am unable to do it here in the Community without asking for account details. I don't want them to be displayed here for security purposes.

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team again. They're able to pull up your account in a secure environment and further verify this issue.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), go to the Help menu at the top to get to the QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our Payroll Support.

Just in case, I'll add these articles for future reference:

I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know how it goes or if you have any other issues in the comment below. I'm more than willing to help. Have a great day!

2 hours on hold and still no tax support.  The WORST thing Intuit did was take away the payroll support phone number.  PLEASE put it back in place.  This is a disaster and NOT what we pay for.  So disappointed.  I have been your biggest fan for years but this is unacceptable.

The first tier support rep wanted me to list out our employees names for "his notes" before he would pass me along to a tax professional...... ??????  What????  Anyone else experiencing this nonsense?

Please tell your Powers That Be that "WE" all need the payroll support hotline back.

We pay for it.
