Invitation

I have been sent an email invitation so I would be able to get access to my check stubs, But I have not received any kind of email invitation.. i need help! What do I do?

The most possible reason why you never receive the invitation is due to an incorrect email address. You'll want to reach out to your employer so they can check it and resend you the email invitation.

I actually have and they are refusing to resend the email and not answering me back at this point. But I still need to get in to get my stubs

At this time, I recommend getting in touch with our Workforce team. We have agents there that can resend the invitation for you.

 

You can contact them by opening this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/payroll-information/view-your-paychecks-and-w-2s-o..., and then in the Get extra help section, click the chat with us hyperlink. Enter the necessary information, then click Submit.

I have called and they said since my email and name isn't even in the system there really isn't much they can do.

Hi @JLowrance06,

 

I'll help get your email invitation to resend. This way, you're able to access and view your paystubs. To get this sorted out, I recommend contacting your employer again. Have them edit your info with a different email address. From there, they can send you an invite.

 

Your employer can follow the steps in editing an employee. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Employees, then select Employee Center.
  2. Double-click the your name to edit.
  3. Make changes. Make sure your email address is correct, then tick Send Invite.
  4. Click OK.

Once your employer resends your invite, make sure you complete and accept the invitation steps from the most recent email invitation (check your Inbox and your Drafts folder). Then, follow these steps to get your paystubs.

 

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com. 
  2. Select Paychecks.
  3. Click the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  4. Do one of the following.
    • Tick Download on the pay stub you want to download.

    • Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it.

    • If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, click that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this is not available for everyone).

I have been contacting them, they are completely ignoring me now and won't respond.

 Since you're unable to reach your employer regarding this email invitation concern, let's try checking your mail servers and make sure Intuit emails weren't blocked. You can ask for help from an IT professional to check the settings of your mail servers.

I'm getting every other email from intuit, would that one be different?

Allow me to help you further in viewing your paycheck with Workforce.

 

Yes, that would be different. In most cases, the invite that you'll be receiving has an address like this: noreply@workforce.intuit.com or @intuit.com. You can use the latest email (please check the email date) invite that you have received from Intuit to create a Workforce account in viewing your paycheck.

 

Once done setting up your account, you can then gain access to view your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce and then download valuable payment information.

 

To turn on notifications for new pay stubs, you can follow the steps:

  1. Go to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙.
  3. Select Email Notification.
  4. Select Send me an email when new pay stubs are available.

 

Additionally, you can reference this article to learn more details about adding approved email addresses for your email provider: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

 

In case you forgot your password, you can use this sign-in page to reset your password. Make sure to enter your user ID before clicking the I forgot my user ID or password link. Once initiated, follow the prompt, enter your email, and then hit Continue to receive an email notification. It will prompt you to reset your Workforce password.

I did that but still got nothing, idk what to do anymore, my former employers payroll lady is completely ignoring me.
