Hello @sandpointplumbin !
We identified a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of your employees’ paychecks into their account. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of day today.

It's 3 PM and direct deposits still have not disbursed. It would be nice to let our employees know what time they could anticipate their DD. We have numerous employees who depend on their check for bills.
This is not acceptable. I personally have no pending deposit as of 4:30 PM eastern. I reached out to my bank and it means that most likely it will not post until May 3rd. What is Intuit planning on doing to reimburse individuals that may have late fees or returns due to their mistake? This is not a little issue to be resolved by reading off of the script provided. It is a big deal.
Hi, roni1 and MBC 5.
Once you've submitted the payroll two banking days before the check date, funds should be deposited into you employees' accounts by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
I'm just a few clicks away if there's anything else you need. I'll ensure you're all set. Wishing you all the best in everything that you do.
Direct Deposit for one of my vendors did not go thru. Need to know why?
Thank you for posting your response on this thread, boyce ballard.
I understand how important it is to pay your vendors on time. I'd like to share what I know about direct deposit in QuickBooks Online.
Keep in mind that weekends and federal holidays are non-banking days. Since July 5th was declared as a public holiday in US, it is considered a non-banking day. But don't worry, your vendors will still get paid on the next business day. That means, you don't have to process any paper checks. You just have to inform the vendors that they should see the funds available on their account within the day before 5pm.
I've included this articles for more information about direct deposits in QuickBooks Online:

Good morning,
The direct deposit for the company I work for, was submitted on Monday and we have employees who did not get paid yet.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate you for joining the thread and sharing your concerns, @dgminner. Let me provide you with how direct deposit works in QuickBooks Online.
I understand the importance of paying your employees on time. Thus, this process depends on your deposit funding time. If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll, here's how to see your funding time:
If you're using the QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium or Elite subscription, you can enjoy same-day funding, where workers are paid the same day you send your payroll to us.
Otherwise, you may also have one of the following:
If the employees are still unpaid, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support team. They can further investigate this matter.
For more insights on updating your direct deposit funding time in QBO Payroll, here's an article you can review: View or change your direct deposit funding time.
Also, please ensure we have enough funds in your account to cover the payroll the day it's submitted. Also, Intuit is unable to process your payroll on weekends or state or federal holidays. To learn more about this one, check out these articles:
You can always get back to us and keep us posted on your progress. We want to ensure this is resolved for you. Stay safe at all times.
