Accessing your paychecks online is easy and hassle-free. I'll be happy to share a few insights and help you from there.

First off, you can let your employer invite you to access your paychecks online. You can share this article with your employer so he/she will be guided oh how to do the tasks: Invite Employees to View Paychecks and W-2’s Online.

Once the invitation has been sent, you can click the Get access for paychecks hyperlink seen on your email to successfully create your account for access to your paychecks online.

We've received several reports from other users like you who are unable to view your pay stubs online. Thus said, may I know if you've received any of those error messages? Any information you can share will be appreciated.

This way, I can look for the specific reported issue so that you'll be added to the list of affected users. In the meantime, you can manually ask a copy of your pay stubs directly from your employer to be sent via email.

As of now, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Workforce Support for further investigation and for you to be added to the list of affected users.

2. Click on the Live Chat! link under the ViewMyPaycheck Support page.

Just know that the support agents are available Mon-Fri, 6AM to 6PM PT (except holidays).

I signed in to the intuit account but it did not ask for ss number or last check and screen just says could not show my check. Not sure how to enter the ss bumber or where to do it. Thanks for your help

Allow me to step in and share information about the view my paycheck feature in QuickBooks Online.

We have an ongoing issue about the QuickBooks Workforce message saying "We Weren't Able to Show Your Payroll Info". Our engineers are closely working on to come up with a permanent fix. 

While there's no workaround yet, I'd suggest calling our Customer Care Team. I suggest giving us a quick call so we can add your company information to the list of affected users. This way, updates will be sent to you via email regarding the progress of the investigation.

QuickBooks Workforce makes it easy and secure for you to view and manage your paychecks, W-2’s, and other employee info. If your employer just sent you an email invite to the Workforce, we’ll help you get started.

To accept Workforce invite from your employer:

1. Look for an email from Intuit Services (QBOPayrollNoReply@intuit.com) with a subject "Finish setting up with (insert business name here)."Note: Don’t see the invite? Check your spam folder. Or let your employer know about it. It’s possible they used an incorrect email.
2. Open the email, then select the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invite. Remember that you can only use this link once.
3. Create an Intuit account, or sign in with your existing one. Note: An Intuit account lets you access multiple Intuit services using a single login. If you have a Mint or Turbotax account, you can use the same login for your QuickBooks Workforce.

Sign in to QuickBooks Workforce:

1. Open a browser on your computer or mobile device. QuickBooks Workforce runs smoothly on latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (for Mac).
2. Go to workforce.intuit.com and sign in.Note: If you forgot your password or user ID, select the I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you still can't access your paychecks online, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support to have this investigated.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
5. Click Get a callback.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Select Call me.

hello i am trying to set up my new account to view my pay check, I have had several other accounts thru other employers that are no longer active. I set up a new email but It wont allow me to view my pay stub.  I'm trying get back to the place where I enter my ss# ,but I cant find it , getting very frustrated.

I can see how challenging it is for you. You can inform your employer to send you an email invite to your new email account so you can enter your Social Security number. Let me assist you with this.

Once your employer sent you an email invite, you'll need to accept the invitation to log in. You can follow the steps shared by my peer RoseMarjorieA above to proceed.

Let me share two scenarios and help you activate ViewMyPaycheck (or now called QuickBooks Workforce).

If you're the employer, you'll need to set up for QuickBooks Workforce for the paycheck information to automatically upload to Intuit's servers. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

1. In your QuickBooks Online, select the Workers menu from the left panel.
2. Select Employees.
3. In the Pay section, select the pencil icon.
4. Add your employee's email address in the Personal info section.
5. Select Invite this employee to view their paystubs and W-2s online.
6. Click Done.

After which, the invitation will be emailed to your employee.

But if you're the employee, you can inform your employer to send you an email invite so you can sign in to ViewMyPaycheck. To proceed on signing in, you can read this article for the detailed steps and information: QuickBooks Workforce: Access your Paychecks and W-2’s online.

I got a new phone and unable to access my account how do I fix this

Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community. I'm glad to know you got a new phone. I'm here to help ensure you're able to access your W-2 in QuickBooks Workforce. 

If you're an employee, first off, ensure you're using one of the following browsers in order to view your W-2s online:

• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari

Finally, you can go to paychecks.intuit.com. Then, follow steps below: 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select the W-2 tab. You'll need to select this tab. As long as W-2s have been uploaded, employees' W-2s will appear.

You'll need to have a QuickBooks Payroll Service so you can send your paystubs to QuickBooks Workforce. Then, invite your employees to sign up to QuickBooks Workforce. I'll guide you through how to get around this.

First, sign in to https://workforce.intuit.com using your QuickBooks Online login credentials.

Then, invite your employees to view their paychecks and W-s's online. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click the Workers menu. Click the employee's name and Edit employee.
3. Click the pencil icon next to Pay.
4. In Personal info section, add your employee’s email address, then select Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online.
5. Click Done. The invitation will be emailed to your employee. Once they accept the invite, you’ll see a message "Good news! Your employee is ready to view their pay stubs and W-2's online" in Personal info section.
