I had to switch my system over to a Mac for our business. It has taken some getting used to, but still having issues. I have PAID for a tech support service. A month ago, Quickbooks wouldn't link my email to email invoices. Then I can't get it to back up company backup to backup. Then trying to transfer information from intuit payroll to my bank register is a nightmare. I now have been on a chat with one of your techs for over 2 hours and I am in the same position as when I contacted them! Last time I was lucky enough to get someone who knew what they were doing. They assisted me in no time. I am beyond angry at this moment. I pay for support and would like support. Also once it is programmed in, it would be nice not to have to do it every month all over again.

In fact, not many "Intuit" or QB "team members" here, in this community, will, either.

I currently work for a few treatment centers as HR Manager and I have been wanting to submit a complaint for quite a bit now. I really like Intuit Quickbooks and some of the features it provides. However, whenever I create a new profile for a new employee, which happens very frequently, we always have issues having that new employee sign in. It usually takes us days for the process to happen. I would create the new employee profile and when the link gets sent to the new employee there is always an issue with them signing in. Usually the employee would have to call Quickbooks for assistance and it would typically take 1-2 hours for them to be able to sing in. This happens every time I create an account for a new employee. Please, I beg you to fix this issue. Please, have your engineers ether make the process more smooth on the employers end to create a profile or please hire new engineers that can fix the problem to not let it happen again. I understand that not fixing the issue will create job security for a lot of people, but it is not benificial for the company.

We are QB user more than 10 years every month we r paying thousands of dollar to Quickbooks. it's really ridiculous for worst support by quickbook online time. We hare more than 25+ state Government business & paying taxes on time are really important for us. In quickbook online since more than two months Payroll tax center is not working and no one is really help us on how to resolve it. The customer service team just do common try and error solution, despite asking to talk to supervisor we can't talk to anyone. Quickbook Support team is worst and we need alternative of quickbook. If issues are not resolve within week or so we need Quickbook alternative. I spend hours on call hold and tired of listening hold music ( Jaaz).. I used to love jaaz but after this crazy incidents with quickbook I feel that we need some company who can replacement quickbook.. Big business opportunity here ..

I have been using QB SE Online for my LLC. WORST AND MOST POORLY CONCEVEIED FINANCIAL TRACKING PROGRAM EVER. I am transitioning to an S-Corp this year and purchased QB Desktop Pro to make the transition with bookkeeping. I can't be the first person on Earth to make this transition.
When I contact QB SE about exporting my data to QB Desktop Pro, they tell me to contact QB Desktop customer service. When I contact QB Desktop customer service, they say "We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but you have to contact QB SE"....and on and on ad infinitum .
Do I really have to recreate all of my clients and spending categories?? When I ask about importing my invoices, I was told that I had to download them all individually. When I download my tax info from QB SE, the output is an excel file (Windows 97-2003 ?!?) and not a .qqb file, which is what I need to import into QB Desktop Pro. Surely some other company has to be getting decent at financial tracking.
This is going to cost me hours and hours of work. It's clear that there is no way to transition between these two QB formats/programs. Where do I file I complaint about this horrendous disconnect? I should be billing QB instead of the other way around.
I'm interested in other programs as well. Hopefully someone has some insight.

You can migrate QBSE to QBO as the first step
