Thanks for dropping by, dvicedomini3393-.

You can follow the step-by-step process of filing (paying) your quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Pay by mail:

  1. In QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select the Quarterly Taxes tab.
  3. Select Pay Now.
  4. Select the By mail option.
  5. Fill out the 1040-ES payment voucher. Then select Continue.
  6. Print your voucher.

For other payment options, see this article for your reference: Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed. On the same link, you'll find steps on how to make an EFTPS account as well as checking your payment status.

Thanks for reach back out, @dvicedomini3393-.

Having you file or pay your quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed is my priority.

The Pay Now button will be visible on the Quarterly taxes section. Since this isn't your case, I'd recommend accessing your account on a private window and pay it from there. This can help us determine is the issue is browser-related.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

When paying the taxes please follow the steps presented by my peer above. The Pay Now button can be found here:

If you're able now see the Pay now button, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache. The stored cache files on your browser causes unexpected behaviors in the system, like the one that you've encountered. You can also try using a different browser as an alternative.

To add up here are some links that you can use in the future about sending tax data TurboTax, and to learn more about the self-employment taxes:

I'd like to ensure that you're all set. You can always get back to me if you need anything else with taxes. Have a good one!
