Let me provide information on where you can get the service code to have a discount in filing your taxes, @gillian9.
To start, the service code is a unique code that provides a discount to the TurboTax Online fees. However, only TurboTax specialists can provide these codes for specific, predetermined reasons, and aren't considered coupons. Also, please note that this code can only used once, as TurboTax can't accept more than one service code.
I understand that you've already contacted customer service for a service code. However, I'd still recommend calling the TurboTax Customer Care Team again to further check and help you further.
Here's how:
Once you receive the service code from one of TurboTax Specialists, here's where you can enter it:

I am assuming you’re a bot who didn’t actually read my post.
I am aware its not a coupon code. I’m AWARE.
Please provide the service code - Gerald is due to call me back and still hasn’t - because after now 4.5 HOURS of calls and being on hold I still have no code.

I am aware its not a coupon code. I’m AWARE. I also know how to file my Sch C, I have been doing so for over a decade now, and didn’t ask for that.

Hi FateCandylandT - this is also wrong.
I called TurboTax earlier today and this time got the right person. They quickly gave me a code and on their end it worked - but it didn’t waive the fee. Which confirms it’s a QuickBooks code that I need. Because they actually tried.
Your team’s solution was for me to start my taxes all over again and not only will my information not import from QuickBooks but now I can’t even enter Sch C information by hand. Your team is stumped. I’m excited to hear from you on resolving my issue.
