I am looking for a service code to file my taxes.

To start, the service code is a unique code that provides a discount to the TurboTax Online fees. However, only TurboTax specialists can provide these codes for specific, predetermined reasons, and aren't considered coupons. Also, please note that this code can only used once, as TurboTax can't accept more than one service code.

I understand that you've already contacted customer service for a service code. However, I'd still recommend calling the TurboTax Customer Care Team again to further check and help you further.

Here's how: 

1. Sign into your TurboTax account and type Contact Us in the Search bar. 
2. Choose the Contact Us button from the results
3. Select the pencil icon to enter your question and select Let's Talk. 
4. Click the Get a Call and submit your request.

Once you receive the service code from one of TurboTax Specialists, here's where you can enter it:

1. Log in to your TurboTax account.
2. Open or continue your return if you haven't already done so. Please ensure you already sent your QuickBooks Self-Employed data to file them accordingly. 
3. Once inside your return, go to File from the menu. 
4. The following screen has a list of all your fees. Find and choose I have a service code. 
5. On the Just X more steps and we'll file your returns screen, select Start then next to Step 1.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your service code, then Continue.

1. From the Help menu:
2. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
3. Or from the Assistant menu:
4. Choose Assistant.
5. Note: If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
6. Enter "talk to a human", then select the enter icon.
7. Select the options till you are prompted to choose a way to connect.

Hi FateCandylandT - this is also wrong. 
I called TurboTax earlier today and this time got the right person. They quickly gave me a code and on their end it worked - but it didn’t waive the fee. Which confirms it’s a QuickBooks code that I need. Because they actually tried. 
Your team’s solution was for me to start my taxes all over again and not only will my information not import from QuickBooks but now I can’t even enter Sch C information by hand. Your team is stumped. I’m excited to hear from you on resolving my issue.
